Terms & Conditions of Ripe Web Design Ltd

Ripe Web Design are committed to providing excellent websites / service and products.

We take deposit payments of €100 for website development. The balance can only be paid either cheque or Bank TT. Your €100 deposits are processed securely and no card details are stored on our server. If there is a problem we will email you within three working days.  Unless otherwise stated, the balance shall be payable by the Customer to Ripe Web Design within 30 days of the date of the invoice raised by Ripe Web Design and are non-refundable.

Cancellations

You can cancel a deposit by emailing support@ripe.ie quoting your Ripe Web Design LTD order number within two weeks of transaction. Should the Customer wish to cancel the Service after Ripe.ie has provided the work under the Contract at any time during the Period, no part of the Fee is refundable to the Customer.

These Terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.

Law

Any dispute to be governed by Irish Law.

Privacy Policy

Ripe Web Design LTD is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in compliance with the current Irish Data Protection Act. We will not contact you by email or any other means without your explicit consent.

The Customer shall ensure that anything published by Ripe.ie about the Customer shall comply with the requirements of all data protection legislation in force from time to time including without limitation the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 and any variations, amendments or re-enactments thereof.

Trademarks, Copyrights, and other Intellectual Property Rights

"Ripe Web Design LTD" design logos, and other marks that may appear on this web site are trademarks of Ripe Web Design Ltd in the Ireland & United Kingdom and other countries. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or use the trademarks in any manner without our express written permission. The names of other companies and products mentioned herein may also be the trademarks of their respective owners. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously. The entire content on this web site (including, but not limited to, design, images, text, graphics, links, computer code, and other content and material) is copyrighted under the Ireland & United Kingdom and other copyright laws and is the property of Ripe Web Design Ltd.

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
